Maybe TMI, but I have a question. About 30 minutes ago my husband and I had sex. Ever since I've been having some pretty bad lower pelvic cramping. Anybody know what this could be, or how to help relieve it?

@therockamom, good luck! Totally normal it's just BH. But the first time I had sex since I got pregnant was about 3 weeks ago and I had horrible BH for 10 hours. Nothing helped

I thought BH were supposed to make your stomach hard. I'm not experiencing that. If this is what it is though, holy crap. @candacelouise

@therockamom, yeah they do but it can also feel like cramping. They are very normal after having sex. Even some spotting can happen
