I packed mine all 3 times the night before. I used a duffel bag I have for weekend trips back home. And the babies had their own diaper bags. I was induced with my last 2 so I knew I had time to pack. Once I get pregnant they don't want to come out. I was dilated 3cm and completely thinned out with my 3rd and they still had to induce me because she wasn't coming without help. Her head was so low they couldn't get it on my last ultrasound
I started at 8 months and just finished everything. I didn't buy myself a new bag, I used a backpack I had. My son's diaper bag I bought on sale from Vera Bradley.
