OK power pumping is harder then I thought... I hope I can do this ordered some fenugreek ,I been drinking mother milk teal eating oat meal religiously I just need to work on my water intake ,need to be able to get enough pumped milk while I'm away from him I stopped for a month and never will again I used to get 9 ounces in one sitting now I get about 4 sometimes 6
