@blouis2013, the OP is in PA but im in NJ and my family in DE and NY and GA all had them for their girls.. i watched them make it for my niece too. they take two regular hats.. cut one and pull the other one through to make a bow

My daughter will hopefully make it to 34 weeks I've read and also been informed the most a lot of 34 weekers stay in the hospital is one week. I hope your baby girl gets well and come home soon
