My baby has been this way and is 6 months with no teeth. They just do that. It can mean they are hungry, that they discover their hands, soothing, and not as often teething that early. They "teethe" for a long time lol.

It's possible my son started teething and two months and before he turned 3months he had two teeth already do anything is possible lol
