fire her before it gets worse. when I started to go back to HS, my cousin watched my son(3m at the time) and he always had dirty clothes full of spit up on it, dirty diaper. Well she started doing things that we asked her not to do 1; giving my son cereal because it was making him constipated, which she didn't listen. 2; she also had her son there which was 3 and still in diapers, so she started using my sons diapers and wipes on her big ass kid. do it now or it will be a big fight if it goes on to long.

My dad hired her, as soon as my dad calls to say that he is on his way home she hurry a up and changes their diapers and dresses them. Really pisses me off because I stayed the night here last night and I'm scared if I go home they won't be taken care of. I'm trying to stretch it to leave @kelseys when he gets home.

exactly! and you should do it in front of her before she leaves. just have your dad go by her and in front of them say why have I been doing your job all day while you've been sitting on your phone? and let it go from there. I'm sure she won't have anything to say.

I feel so bad , but good at the same time!! He came home yelling at her and almost had her in tears. I left after that so idk what happened.@kelseys
