try bland foods for right now sweetie. I just had to be hooked up to fluids cuz I couldn't keep anything down. try jello, Popsicles, yogurt. things like that. avoid anything sweet cuz it makes it worse in most cases. take it slow tho. the more hungry u are the more nauseous but don't eat too fast. try a spoonful of jello or two, see how that goes down after a couple minutes try another. trust me the smaller bites the better. hope that helped. I just barely moved from jello to yogurt hope you fell better :)
I took unisom and b6 for morning sickness. I was throwing up multiple times a day until about 18 weeks. They helped a lot though I would definitely ask your doctor if that's okay for you to take. I still have to take the unisom otherwise I wake up throwing up
@lala8705, same here!!! First please don't ever take zofran it causes birth defects their has been recent research on it my doctor refused to give it to me. Second I know exactly how you feel if not worse. I cried for and almost had a break down because of how bad I felt. Honestly nothing you do will make it go away. I just learned how to deal with it. Try finding a system that works for you. Mine is fruits constantly having fruits and fluid. Any small snacks that you can bare try not to let your stomach get to empty. Also ask you doctor if you can start taking vitamin b6 with unisom or dislegs. It calms the nausea down and will prevent you from throwing up. Good luck Hun.
