when should I be worried about spotting? I'm on bed rest so I don't know what's causing it.

If it fills a pad in an hour and if it's bright red

it's kinda pinkish bright red

my doctor told me if your RH Negative then go to the er right away because its dangerous for you and the baby. but even then whenever you have vaginal bleeding you should go to be checked.

@kelseys, I went once before and they said it was because of sex so they put me on pelvic rest and bed rest. but it's still happening. I don't know if I'm RH negative or not. I haven't had any blood work done

well that's not good. I would definitely go to the er to be checked if I were you. they will do blood work there and let you know. and not just that if you've been on bed rest then you shouldn't be bleeding. GO!
