I want to plan a trip to see family after baby is born & im just curious when Doctor checkups usually are after birth? :)

It might depend on the doctor and your labor/delivery. Labor/delivery never goes accordingly. Usually they want to see baby 3 days after birth and then back 7-14 days as a follow-up. Basically to see how baby is doing and if they are gaining or keeping weight. The next appointment won't be until 2 months old.

for you? 6wks. for baby 2days and than 2 wks I believe
