Ok ladies I need a lil help here. Yesterday at my appointment I found out I'm further along than I thought. 18 weeks today which would put me in the 5 month bracket.. My new due date is August 13th which is 5 months away.. How?? I've heard that we actually are pregnant for 10 months but I thought it was bull🤔🤔🤔

nope it's not bull. full term is 40 weeks and that's 10 months

People say 9 but fail to realize that you're pregnant the whole 9th month- making it actually 10

If you look at those charts that show you how many months you are, you'll notice that not every month is 4 weeks, some are 5.

the first two weeks you are 'pregnant' though, you're not. they count your due date from the first date of your last period so they count a few weeks before ovulation as pregnancy. it is confusing lol
