I've been getting cramps/ tightenings every 10-15 mins lasting around a min each time.. I can't tell if they're braxton hicks or contractions... 😫😫

you would soon no if they were real Labour pains. you could ring up your midwife as they can usually tell just by talking to you if you are in Labour. I suppose they can tell by the tone of your voice and if you can have a proper chat without stopping because of the pain. xx

I'd wait and see if they get to 5 minutes apart and then call the midwife/ hospital depending on how far away your birth centre/ hospital is. x

I'm 5 days overdue.. I've been getting them on and off since 4am.. I think I fell asleep during them at about 5.. (Not overly painful but uncomfortable) I've been awake for about an hour and a half now and they've returned at same space of time between. @baby316

Sounds like contractions. Wait and see if they continue and get closer together. How far are you from your hospital? x
