Yw && I would say ask your landlord but then they will know you don't have roommate and it'll make things worse

they still owe you rent and are entitled to pay. just take them to magistrate court

we aren't even gonna bother with him anymore he's being sued all ready for the last place and it's just a waste of time so we are just gonna take care of it but he left behind a lot of his stuff and I highly doubt he is coming back for it so are we still obligated to wait 30 days before we can do anything with it? @lashellg

After 30 days you can get rid of it. Give them notice first

He was supposed to give you a 30 day notice correct. Thats why I said you can sue. But if you get rid of his stuff without letting him know with the 30 day advance. He can sue you.
