I had the same it was a yeast infection. you can call your doctor and he/she can prescribe medicine or you can buy a 7 day cream over the counter. I hope this helps

I would definitely go buy the 7 day yeast infection treatment, and make sure you finish all 7 days.

I didn't have any discharge either. The feeling would come one day and then be gone but it got to a point where It would hurt to walk or bend down because it was itchy and it burned. My doctor wasn't in due to a surgery call but the doctor they direct us to said it sounded like a yeast infection I didnt wait for the prescription I just went an bought it and it felt loads better after the first day of use. but definitely talk to your doctor. I believe they test discharge

Sounds like a UTI. Try apple cider vinegar baths.
