I know they scare me so bad!!! This is baby #3 so hopefully I won't need one I've done vaginally with the other 2.

What my doctor and my sister doctor says is to walk a lot during your pregnancy it helps your baby drop and dilate when the time comes

@expectingbubb, thanks that might be why everything was so easy for me my first pregnancy cause I was college student and did so much walking
