I have a car seat question... when did you all switch from an infant carrier to a rear facing seat? my daughter is 5 months old now and will be just about 8 months old when we drive to Texas in June... I was just wondering if I will be switching before or after our trip is all lol

It depends on your baby's size. I switched my son at 12/13 months because he was tiny.

I switched my son at 11 months right before his birthday. He was getting to big for his infant carrier so I upgraded and he's so much more comfortable.
