@vitachka, oh no! You have to be careful with wearing heels. I've put mine away along time ago. I tried to wear boots that had a small heel and my feet were so swollen. I've got a tiny bump but nothing like my other pregnancies. I'll post my 18 week photo on my profile.
@mamas25bbz, I'm not a very active person and I recently wore heels and how I have warts on my feet so I can't walk much :/ I'm not showing a lot, and my stomach gets hard only after I eat. That's the only time my baby decides to kick too.
@vitachka, I know the feeling. Everyone is different so no matter what you do, it's up to the baby how easy & fast or slow, labor goes. I know I've exercised and walked a lot with my pregnancies and they were all different. The fastest labor I had was 16 hours. I guess I would just say walk a lot. :)
Are you showing a lot? I'm barely showing.
@mamas25bbz, that's exactly why I want a c section like I don't care how long the recovery is I just want to have the baby fast and if I will be in labor I feel like it's gonna go on +24 hours not something I'm looking forward to :/
@vitachka, I had vaginal deliveries with my 3 eldest kids and my son had to be delivered c-section because I had placenta previa. Now with this one my doc gave me the option of both and I chose c-section because it was so much easier. It's a lot more to recover from but, it's awesome to know the day you're delivering and the baby is born within 30 minutes (God willing). I've also experienced an episiotomies and it was painful but nothing like recovering from incisions.
I wish I had a c section I don't wanna go thru with vaginal delivery because I'm very very tiny and I just don't wanna have like 3rd degree tears or anything like that but so far my hospital has me on vaginal. I'll be delivering at mercy.
@vitachka, my last pregnancy was almost 7 years ago and before that was 10. So it's been a while since I've been there but they were awesome. I've also used sonotech (the one on sunrise?) but just to confirm gender only. Well, either way a baby is a beautiful blessing but I hope you get what you want and especially a healthy baby. Where are you planning to deliver? I will be having a c-section at Kaiser in Roseville.
@mamas25bbz, I wanted to use baby connection but they didn't have any reviews so I'm going with the sonotech one instead:) and I don't really have a preference but in my husbands family no girls have been born into the family for +3 generations so I feel like it would be pretty cool to have the first one :)
Awesome. I've used Baby Connection before with two of my older children. I can't wait till I'm 30 weeks to get our 3D/HD live ultrasound. I initially wanted a boy since we only have 1, but now that I know it's a girl, I'm super excited!!!
@mamas25bbz, I don't know yet, I'm actually finding out tomorrow I scheduled a selective ultrasound in Roseville:) I'm from madison area. And congrats on the girl! I'm secretly also hoping for a girl ;)
