Some lady's three year walked out into the road while she was in her garage talking and not paying attention and when she noticed and called her toddler to her of course the little one didn't so instead of going and getting her out of the street the woman just stands at the side walk "supervising" her. Way to teach your child not to go in the street. And I bet that if something were to happen to her you would blame the driver instead of your lack of supervision.
