another preemie mom sent that to me here so I share it with preemie moms. 💜 hows the transition at home going? It's tricky at first, but she'll get there. As long as she's gaining that's the important thing. We're good. My 29 weeker is almost 6 months old. 😂. We had a 7 week nicu stay but it wasn't too bad.
