Just.make sure ur things are packed. 4 some women it is a tell tale sign labor is immenent. For others, it can regenerate and/or build back up to only.come.out again. Because ur a ftm and don't know which 1 u are, I'd just be ready. Monitor ur contractions and babies movements, labor could be a possiblity.

just take it easy. nothing to panic about. have all your things ready though lol..
