@knfletcher42, it's a all natural organic product...... I haven't once taken a prenatal vitamin this pregnancy...I just drink this because it had more vitamins then anything else .......my doctors keep telling me this is the most healthy pregnancy I have had and I'm so happy I could cry with my milk production 😍😍😍
