I know my baby girl has been fine all throughout my pregnancy, but when I was in L&D the other day & they were monitoring her heart rate the doc was telling me how whenever I sit up straight her heart rate drops, so now I get worried every time I'm sitting. I always start to lean back so it doesn't happen but then I find myself sitting up again & that's when I just stand up because I'm worried I'll hurt her somehow with it dropping.
