Has anyone gone in to labour after having a sweep and if so how long was it

You can be waiting ages, seriously a sweep doesn't work with everyone xx @bump2016

I was already 1cm when I had mine..as I had been contracting for 18hours...slow labour.. I went in when my contractions were closer together :) Anyway within an hour I was 8cms...probably less than that..but they didn't check me until an hour later x x

Oh I was 1cm when she did mine @winterbaby95 it's just a waiting game now xx

I was 1cm when she done mine at 4pm, then at 6am the next morning I started having regular contraction, then had my daughter at 5:05pm the same day xx

When I had my daughter 2013. I had a sweep on my due date. I was 2cm dilated. Went in to labour ward the next day for reduced movement. seen by doctor I was 4cm and they broke my waters within 3 hours I had my daughter. Again I feel my body was ready for labour. Sweeps dont always work and AROM dont always work.xxx

Yeah I had a sweep in the day and then early hours of morning @bump2016

Not done anything for me as of yet @mrsripper
