what can u do for major headaches I took regular Tylenol but it's been over an hour an my head still…

My doctor told me to try a tiny bit of caffeine when you take something for headache and it doesn't go away I too have them quite often and a few days ago tried the caffeine thing and it worked

And if you're not comfortable with that let your doctor know and they'll do something for you there but I heard its Tylenol mixed with caffeine that they administer for stubborn headaches

I do crush ice in a bandana.. n tie it on my forehead.. change to different parts of forhead

I've been dealing with them too :( it's horrible I can't eat sleep nothing

I have had migraines for about 11 years. I use to depend on excedrin.. but now all I can take is tylenol. Doctor says nothing else. It is not fun. Sorry you're going through it too.

Drink something with vitamin b 12

Drink just a little bit of caffeine. maybe half a cup of coffee or full cup of black tea.
