Please help me... I am 6 weeks today and am having excruciating stomach pain and cramps to the point I can barely stand up straight. Is this normal? I called my doctor but they said they wont see since they won't be able to see anything on an ultrasound.BTW no bleeding yet.

it might be that u just have to poop or the baby trying to find its spot I have pain all the time it might be it prenatal also try not to worry to much to tho
