my last baby was sunny side up during labor so it was all back labor and slow progressing and ended in a c-section. I was never told where the placenta was... but with this one, my placenta is anterior. I googled it and it says with anterior placenta baby will likely be sunny side up. I'm planning a VBAC so I'm wondering how likely is that to be true? I'm worried if she does end up sunny side up I'll be stuck in another c-section.

I have an anterior placenta and my baby girl turned head down at about 28 weeks and stayed that way.. having and anterior placenta usually causes you not to feel the baby kick as much because baby is usually kicking the placenta instead of you.

I feel her movements just fine, I'm just really not wanting another c-section.

I have an anterior placenta and my little one is sunny side up, too 😕 they told me some "stretches" I can do at home to help rotate her and while in delivery, they said they'll have me flip from side to side and labor for awhile on hands and knees, which is suppose to help flip her. The reason for her being sunny side with an anterior placenta is that baby likes to face the placenta, that's what my midwife told me, at least.
