gonna try and do this without an epidural since im being induced .... contractions about 2 min apart and still feel ok...

mind over matter, you got this. deep breath. I did all 3 with no epidural, plan is to do this one without one too. let your mind be the one in charge over the physical

I tried to go without one with my first two... NOPE! 😒 couldn't hang. Lol. I was induced with my first.
