No, I wish. That would be nice. We just have to send complaints to the office and if proper measures aren't taken then bring it to corporate. You'd think management could handle it. They are never doing anything when I go in there. I always see the staff chatting with other employees @boenischpartyof5

@babybonbon, is there a curtesy officer available in your complex? You could call them when it happens and tell them you think something may be going on because of the noise. They usually keep record of those calls but you should write them down too for your own record to use to corporate and the front office

Omg that sucks! Yeah this person sounds like they are dropping bowling balls around at 2-3am almost every other night, slamming doors and stomping around really hard @boenischpartyof5

@babybonbon, you're welcomed! our neighbors would VACUUM at 2am. 2am! Like who does that!! They would also drill like they were hanging something at all hours of the night too, not to mention they have a dog that the front office didn't know about until I said something (whoops 😏). It got so bad that my girls weren't able to take naps because they would be stomping around ALL DAMN DAY. Our ceiling fan would shake from them doing god knows what.

Bahahaha! Omg. I hope I can get through to them with communication through the office. We don't have a whole lot of time left on our lease but I will DEFINITELY be trying that. Thank you! @boenischpartyof5

I had the same problem and after 2 calls to the curtesy officer, I called the front office and complained. They reached out via phone and note on their door and told me if things didn't change within 1 week, call back and the next step is then having a sit down convo with them. Not paying rent won't do anything but hurt you since that's breech on contract. If your front office isn't doing anything to help alleviate the situation, I would call their corporate office and ask to speak to someone there. They will get in touch with your complex and work out a resolution from that point. A friend of mine had to do this and she said they gave her upstairs neighbors the option of moving to a first floor at that floors rate, or they will be asked to leave @babybonbon

i would say not pay the rent till they try and do something.. but im not sure how the complex would react.

my manager said she couldn't do anything.. that just to write a letter.. -_- i wanted to punch my manager..

Ugh, it's just rude. I've complained to the complex and they've done nothing. I wish I could afford to get out of my lease sooner but gotta save as much as possible 😩 @polancobaby

girl i feel u!!! it worse because the ones above me also have a little boy.. and sounds like he is playing basketball all the time.. one reason i havent found anothet job... so i can move to my dads and start over over there..
