back pains on my right side since i woke up and it won't go away , literally crying right now. because it hurts..waiting on 1:45 for my ob to get back from lunch to ask them what to do.!

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Has any momma done the baking soda gender thing and it came back right?! I did it with my first and it was right. I just did it again with this baby and it came back girl. (No fizz/no reaction at all)
