it's honestly a joke. if I remember right, you pay a yearly rate for every year it's stored

id rather let the cord stop pulsing before they clamp it!

They're advertising no yearly fee for 20 years storage right now but wtf? Also if you have good credit you can do monthly payments of like $300 something but I don't have good credit so my child can't have that! It beyond messed up!

@bean09, and I remember not being able to do it with my oldest who is 17 now, I thought that it may have gotten cheaper. nope. not at all!

@bean09 You can do both delayed clamping AND cord blood banking... You don't have to choose one or the other.

@michellevaldez4750 It's ridiculously expensive! It made me upset. We wanted to donate but they said they have so much that they don't need donations at this time.

I was in NC when I gave birth. all I did was told my nurse I wanted to donate my sons cord blood and they had me fill out some paperwork and they sent a nurse to my room after I had my son @michellevaldez4750

I'll look and see If I can find the paper work it's here somewhere and I'll post a picture for you!! Before they took it away they let me look at the placenta and his cord and explained what was being donated and what wasn't, it was actually pretty cool! @michellevaldez4750
