My 8 month old still keeps getting up in the middle of the night. It's starting to feel like the newborn period again. I don't know why she doesn't sleep straight thru the night like other babies her age. It could just be the teething pains. But sheesh can I just get one good night's rest.

same here and my daughter is 18 months ! there has not been one night since she was born tht she slep thru the night , i think it could be gas or teething , im not sure tho doctors dont really say to much about it

my 10 month old daughter for a good month now has been waking up in the middle of the night thinking it's playtime....their sleep patterns change

It's sleep regression my son is going through it right now. He is eight months as well. He has had some big mile stones in the past few weeks. It's very common at eight months for this to happen. It can last from a few nights to a few weeks. May the odds be forever in our favor hahah it sucks!!

@mantha823, ok I'm glad to know it's not just me. I always hear other moms with younger babies tell me they sleep thru the night & I start to feel bad like something is wrong with my baby

@queenof2, my daughter did sleep through the night a couple months ago lol but like I said they're sleep patterns do change. My son started to sleep through the night around 18 months
