Ive dyed my hair this whole pregnancy, I have terrible gray hair in the front so I absolutely have to. Just use the Olia brand, it doesn't have ammonia in it so its safe during pregnancy. Hope that helps!

A lot of the reason people tell you not to is the chemical smell and the fact that your extra hormones can cause an alternate reaction with the color. Blonde could be green, color could not saturate, things like that.

It's usually fine in the second and third trimester.

I used the ammonia ones. I just made sure Windows and doors were open and went into another room while the color sat. As long as you're not huffing it, you'll be fine. Just make sure to open a window and turn on the bathroom fan
