RANT: my neighbor is a complete dhead. supposedly we have "assigned parking, which is a lie. but even if we did he has 2 cars and always parks his van in the spot that would be ours. once we move he creeps out his window and watches us leave then will go move his car into our spot, taking up 3 spots! . so now we have to park on the road beside our house. THEN he watches my mom and step dad with my kids outside play with chalk. And they smoke and they throw their cigerattes on the side of the road. which THEY clean up afterwards. And this ***hole has the balls to come to my porch get my son's chalk and write on the sidewalk real big " the sidewalk and streets are not your ashtray" which I agree but we clean the butts up NOT you. so me being the smartass I am write on his side "well, you can suck my chalk" originally put c**k but I rewrote it because their is a bus stop across the street. like I can't handle this freak stalking out ur Windows at us all the time is just the beginning.
