I'm not a doctor. But the doesn't foot doesn't look normal.

both her feet are like that but she does straighten them out normal. they don't hurt her and I have talked to her doctor but he said he wouldn't be worried until she starts walking. I just don't know

take her to a chiropractor to help.. looks like it to me but easily fixed with time and therapy

You want to see a othropedic surgeon to get a 2nd opinion. Even just a mild case casting and bracing is needed. If indeed clubfoot stretches alone won't help.
