@torinicole.t, you can't drink this while pregnant you should drink this about 6 weeks or more after you have the baby ,because your body needs time to regulate the breastmilk and produce

@whitneym, other then that it worked for me for awhile I stopped pumping for 2 months I'm now trying to get my pumping supply back up and I dr I nk about two or three a day and haven't noticed it helping anymore :-( but when I first drank it my boobs were rock hard even after feeding baby
