right? I have to go back to work in like 2 weeks and I'm nervous about still being in pain. And I really want to get a mirror to look down there but I don't think I'm ready for that

I was scared to even look down there lol😫 the little bottle they give u in the hospital was my best friend!!

@junesmommy15, girl I'm afraid to have sex or even wipe down there lol.. I still use that bottle they gave me at the hospital to spray myself clean lol.. but you never really hear anyone talk about the after birth. if anything I think it's more painful then labor and delivery.

Aw yeah. I was the same. It definitely does take a while to heal fully. That's why it's so important to not have sex before the 6 weeks.

@msjess, it takes a while before your body gets back to normal and heals.

@junesmommy15, @stephhhx3 maybe it's just me lol... but I'm still trying to recover. my body still aches too. after birth I felt like I was hit by a truck.. i had to get stitches.

What do you mean? I tell people about it if they ask. But otherwise I never think about it esp when taking care of a newborn. I think of sleep 😂
