Why my neighbors still got these little kids out at almost 10 at night probably gonna go in later & send them straight to bed with out showering & send them off to school like that after being all afternoon playing out in a backyard that's all dirt 😩😩

It's spring break here in tx maybe that's why but the no shower thing is just bad parenting how old are the kids
