SO applied for a job that will have him traveling 6 to 12 weeks at a time with 2 weeks off.. I'm so excited fr him.. but my heart kind of aches too.. we'd be able to move out of this house and get a new one for a year and then move to Florida (somewhere with clear beaches and more safe than unsafe) or SC (myrtle beach area)..

I'd miss him so much and even though we started long distance, I never thought we'd go back to it in a way.

Any mommas here have SO who is a private contractor or work offshore?
