what does it mean if your having twin dreams I still can't figure it out .. that's how I found out I was pregnant and I'm still have twin dreams. .. twins runs in my family and runs in my fiancé family .. I keep dreaming that when we get to hear baby heart beat we gonna hear 1 that is 130 then gonna hear another 1 170 what does it mean

I need advice what does it mean if i have glucose test?? What does it mean ? Does it mean i cant have soda or huice. My doctor wants me to go back for the 3 hour test mommas anyone that has an idea of what this means please help
