I'm struggling not to strangle my neighbors upstairs. They, meaning mother and son, have been banging on walls and running around stomping back and forth since 4:56 am. So now my poor husband has to go to work but does not have to be there untill 8 and he's up. Looks another email is going out to association again. I really wish someone would do something about them. This is true harassment and it's getting old. I mean is your life that dull and boring that you and ur son need to harass your downstairs neighbors again. And I guess having stuff on recordings does not mean anything anymore, we we're told the cops have to be here in person to hear it. Which I think is BS. I have tuns if recordings going back a year. But every time we have called cops, they either take to long or people upstairs see them coming and stop. Get life. I have not been up this early since the twins were 3 months old. Oh and to add there is still running and stomping still going on at this moment I'm typing this at 6:48 am
