Ladies! for the past couple of weeks when I wake up my hips are absolutely killing me! it's an achy pain that goes down the side of my legs depending on what side I've slept on depends on which hip the pains in, I always sleep with a pillow between my legs and have tried sleeping with pillows behind me and in front of me but it doesn't help :( it's definitely not sciatica as I already suffer with this and the pain is completely different, anyone had this??

I had similar discomfort. Waking up during the night with pains in my hips if I'm lying in one place for to long. I put mine down to stretching and the way I was lying. I'm seeing my midwife on Friday so was going to ask her then. It's not all the time only one or two times I've had it xx

Yes,I did. It depends on the position you lied with. Don't be in a particular position for long

I mentioned pelvic pain to my midwife yday. She said its normal due to hormones released in preg to relax soft muscle tissue and give your pelvic some give for labour. So the increased movement down there can cause pain. But she said if it gets worse let them know, you might benefit from physiotherapist x
