@domijac3, I'm 3 weeks pp and still haven't been other than the doctor. It's up to you but not worth it to me. still flu season, my cousin died today from double pneumonia and the flu

@alexusasia420, thanks it sucks her 3 kids were sick with the flu too and she took them to the doctor yesterday but didn't go herself and died suddenly out of nowhere

Interesting you all say that...I felt the same way, because I know in many cultures you keep the baby home as much as you can in the beginning but my roommate was telling us to take the babies out to make them tired and that they cry because they are cooped inside all day. I was like how you gonna "coop up" a person 1 week out of the womb? lmao @alexusasia420 @marce88

@tahtahme, wow, yes my mom is old school and won't let me or my daughter out of the house for at least a month. After she gets her shots next week we may get out more but I also can't wash my hair for a month too lol and it's driving me crazy. My mom said my pores are open 😂😂 old wives tale but I'm not going to risk me or my baby getting sick so 1 more week for me being cooped up

Good for her! I hadn't heard of that...I washed and combed at 2.5w, I couldn't take it lmao, but so far i haven't had them leave the house except for to important appointments two times, and they will be in the house with me until 6w, because that's when their skull is pretty much closed. Like maybe if it was summer I would take them out sooner, but the flu is no joke! Anyway good for your mom, I wish I had someone to back me up on things I think I have learned about babies so I wasnt arguing with progressive white people all the damn time about raising them! 😒😂 @marce88
