does it feel like something is dripping in the back of your throat? I would go to publix and pick up some Braggs apple cider vinegar. They usually have flavored ones and trust me you don't want the original because that shit is pretty intense to down but they have a lemon lime flavor and a grape flavor..take two tablespoons of it a day. it sucks but trust me it helps so much. I also get green tea (hot) and squeeze lemon juice and honey into it and drink 2-3 cups a day, you can grab decaf of course. I would also recommend getting some vitamin D soft gels (make sure they're gel or capsules not caplets or tablets as they won't break down in your body) people think upping vitamin c is always best for when you're sick but trust me vitamin d is soooooo a miracle worker. it is water soluble so if your body has excess amounts you just pee it out, so don't worry about it harming the baby. same with some vitamin c soft gels or capsules. netty pots are also good for clearing out the sinuses and of course good old tylenol and Epsom salt baths. That is as far as my expertise can take ya as far as natural remedies that won't harm the baby!
