Question for those who have made it through a summer Pregnancy..... how the heck did u make it out?…

it's not easy lol....I went through 2 pregnancies so far this will be my third pregnancy during summer.....you get hot quick awfully sweaty and tired......drink plenty of fluids to keep from swelling especially in the heat. I did my best to stay by a pool lol

My first trimester was in the summer plus some of my second and my job is beyond hot during the summer (10 degrees higher than outside) and i felt like dying every day lol but ice chips used to help. Plus this cooling towel i found on Groupon oh and a lot of calling out of work lol

Not easy... Closer to the end when I had to walk... My husband would take me to the mall to keep me from melting... If it was a nicer day (we lived in SC) we would go for an evening walk as the sun was going down. Lots of water. Always listen to your body though. If you're going to walk alone & your body says no 20 minutes in, go home! I don't know just stay hydrated and don't over heat.

It's hard but you can make it! I went through the summer pregnant from 6-9 months. If you go out, wear loose cool clothing and make sure you have plenty of cold water. My bf plays travel softball so I was outside a lot with him. Just make sure you wear a hat and wear lots of sunscreen! Staying in the shade helps a lot too

i was due in the summer and barely went outside if it wasnt needed. lol i dont do well with super hot or cold but i wore dresses or skirts everywhere in the summer. if i was home i was in front of a fan in shorts and a sports bra. lol

girl its hell i have 3 winter babies, and 2 summer babies. And this baby is due july 1st @tks020615

Girl it's hard my first was born in August so I went the WHOLE summer take advantage of pools and air conditioning that's all I can say lol which means stay in 😉

My pregnancy with my son was all summer. Had him in October. It wasn't so bad except for the fact that I whined and complained about not being able to do fun summer stuff like roller coasters and horse back riding 😂 I was super hot but I love the heat so it wasn't so bad. Just had to cool off in AC more often because I'd overheat easy. You can do it (: a big part of it is mindset I think.

Lol right I'll be Prego this summer too I'm due July 30th! Only thing I'll be doing is staying out of the heat lol we're going down to the shore house soon to go fishing other than that I'll stay cool haha

I'm due September i work night shift tho but some nights can get muggy and humid. I'll stay inside as much as possible.

I was pregnant two summers In a row, I will tell you it was hell. lol but I would honestly rather be pregnant in the summer then winter :)
