Try corn starch, nothing else worked for my daughter, she has very sensitive skin.

Try and see if you can get it, I had to throw all my creams away because they would make her rashes worse. Corn starch worked miracles for us.

Aquaphor baby advanced therapy. My son had an awful rash and I tried desitin and the desitin maximum strength and the butt paste and nothing helped. The rash was gone after 24 hours with the aquaphor.

Airing it out is a good thing. Also you could use a warm towel to cleaned her instead of wipes.

ive been thinking of doing that as well i bathe her regularly, but maybe i need to use different wipes @caseclosed2015
