I don't get the reasoning behind men that don't want to marry even after having children together. It's a red flag.

I got married at 16 when I got pregnant through the court and after 4 years I wanted a real wedding like a ring and everything and he was talking about were not ready lol anyways I told him I needed a break and he was quick to buy me a ring and talk about let's plan our church wedding. Now I'm the one that's putting it off

@indigenousmommy, he said there's things that need to be worked out understanding saying that I don't need to talk About marriage and then he will probably propose when he told me marriage is never on his mind so how am I supposed to think he will propose if he never thinks about it? He wants to try for a boy I told him I need security with a ring to be at least engaged then we can plan for the wedding later...It's like he always has excuses

@love53, I can definitely understand why u would put it off now because it's like why now just because u asked for a break??? its not real then....I told him I don't want to be with or marry some one who doesn't want marriage or just asks cause it's what I want n only me I want it to be both of us...I'm just tired I've put up with wayyyy too much stuff

being married doesn't change there attitudes take it from me im married and feel like im having a baby by myself yes he's there but not completely emotionally there

Honestly, I just think men are getting everything they want without having to commit with marriage. Having their cake and eating it too. I think women should hold their ground for what they want from the beginning so there's no disappointment further down the line. My BF and I are getting married in May and I made sure we had that plan before trying for a baby. If I didn't see myself marrying him then I wouldn't invest in a life together by having a child with him. Simple as that.
