I thought when you are scheduled for your sugar test you are not suppose to eat after 12?

I was told I could eat an hour before...but was given what I could eat. I had plain cheerios and 2%milk.

The one hour one? I ate and still passed. They didn't tell me to fast.

I've noticed that a lot of doctors do it differently. some say don't eat, mine just said nothing sugary the day of the test

@kameronsmom, because I went to the doctor yesterday & I'm scheduled for my sugar test on my next visit and the paper said don't eat anything two hours prior to your appointment. . there's no problem with it I just thought it was always different.

Is this your 1 hour one? That's the one I just had this morning.

My Dr wouldn't let me eat after 12 the day before , I starved 😒 but I passed lol

I pretty much ate all day with mine, then drank the stuff, passed w no problems.

Mine told me not to eat for 3 hours prior to me drinking 50g of sugar 30 mins before my appt

I just called and mine said done eat or drink an hour before.
