It's different on different areas, where I am induction is usually done between 10-12 days. You can request a sweep from 40 weeks with your first and 41 weeks with your second. I've had a few already though as consultant ok'd it... it hasn't worked anyway though xxx

She will book you in at the hospital for an induction and they will take it from there @nickieray x

My midwife mentioned an induction.. I'm all new to this so don't get it.. Does she carry out the induction and I go home and wait? Or does she book me into hospital? I'm so confused?! X

5 days for me 😩 2 sweeps and she hasn't budged. I have another sweep booked for Friday and then induction if that doesn't work x

Well I have a midwife appointment at the doctors Friday, I'm not sure what she has planned.. I'm hoping she will come before though xx

At least you know that you will definitely have your baby in the 10 days/2 weeks. I dunno how far they let you go over in your area. just try to enjoy your last moments before you have a child forever !

I've tried everything to try and bring on labour.. I'm getting short tempered cause I just want her out! X
