Hi girls how r u wish u r all fine,for me ts not the case at all . today am 11 weeks+4 days i vomit too much which was not the case before,i feel so heavy nd whatever i eat i barf it straight away,feel soooo weak as ive never been bofore,does it sound normal or no??? knowing that i live in tunisia nd the doctor told me u have t come back again only when u finish 3 months. my husband lives in UK he is british nd so worried abt me he consulted his GP may be t help me with some medications but i feel so bad without him. he looks really torn between me his job nd preparing my papers for visa spouse,what shall i do sis?????

Thanks for those tips actually am drinking a lot but nothing remained in my stomach,very bad feeling ive never experienced such a pain really am struggling i know ive no choice just t hold on .thanks again i do really appreciate ur intention,god bless u

Yes this is normal. I was violently sick after everything up until 15 weeks. Now I still vomit at times. I'd suggest really small of carbohydrates if you can handle it and sugary things tended to stay for me initially such as pop. It's all trial and error, you will discover what you can and can't manage. I know it's horrible but it should ease with time. If you can't drink anything and you become dehydrated you should see the gp for sure. XXXX hope u feel better soon

ginger biscuits might help. a lot of people are very ill in the first trimester. some are like that the entire pregnancy. hope it passes xx

It is normal hun :) try and drink a lot so you don't get dehydrated :) snack on things instead of big meals. Eat dry crackers and have cereal :) xx
