no it doesn't matter. I was overweight when I got pregnant and my boyfriend weight like 210(overweight but didn't look it)

not sure about weight bt in my child dev. class they said its best/easier to get pregnant when mean wear lose underwear, after fresh sperm is made(after ejaculation, within 72 hours) and when they consume caffiene the sperm travels faster to the egg.
