Can putting your legs in the air after sex help you get pregnant?

I put my legs up for a couple mins and then I laid on my side for a couple mins and then laid on my other side for a couple mins. first time I did this I got pregnant.

i put a pillow under my hips afterwards and held my legs up for as long as i could

i did it on all the days i was fertile and nothing n its not the first month i have tried it.
