Cervix is soft, around a fingertip and a half dialated, but still a little far back.
Had a slight sweep done, hopefully progresses things along a little, labour ward closes next Tuesday and I'm petrified of being thrown in the deep end of labour with new midwifes and nurses :(

I hope so, I've tried literally everything j can now, including setting the breast pump up. Getting some mild contractions, nothing worth timing though as of yet, but they're getting uncomfortable so fingers crossed that the sweep was succesful and within the next 48 hrs ill have this little princess out.

Contractions died down. Just had a couple more recently, but inconsistent again, have all the pressure there & pains, hopefully just 'quietly dilating' she's obviously not ready to vacate so going to stop pushing and let nature do its thing, as much as i hate the fact of being sent to another hospital 45 minutes away, fingers crossed she comes by herself over the weekend.
